 Paul had three heart attacks. After triple bypass surgery, he learned that 25% of his heart cells had died in the heart attacks. 

 

 Despite medical treatment Paul was a prisoner in the ground floor of his home. He couldn’t climb the stairs and could only go outdoors on warm days. Otherwise the temperature difference hit him like a kick in the chest.
